Jenn Daniels was elected to a four-year term as Mayor of the Town of Gilbert in August 2016. Previously Jenn served on the Gilbert Town Council from 2009-2016 and as Vice Mayor from 2011-2012. Jenn currently serves on many regional boards including the Maricopa Association of Governments Regional Council, the Regional Transportation Policy Committee, the League of Cities and Towns and the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority.

Passionate for supporting our servicemen and women, Jenn is the founder of Operation Welcome Home – a program that honors returning members of the military and their families. Under Jenn’s leadership, the Town has implemented policies and advisory groups including the Advancing Education in Gilbert Team, the East Valley Behavioral Health Coalition and the Gilbert Executive Advisory Committee. Jenn is passionate for the youth of Gilbert and spends time advising and coaching young people through the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee and the Steps 2 Success Program.

Jenn is wife to Eric Daniels and mom to four kids spanning high school to elementary who keep their parents busy with football, dance, music, scouting and friends. She knows all the words to 80’s rap songs and loves to hike, dance, read and bake.
